The Villy Abraham Method
A structured way of thinking about growth that starts with evidence, not assumption — built from consumer psychology research and tested through applied strategic work.
The Method is an independent framework, developed by Villy synthesizing his academic research in consumer psychology with years of applied strategic work. It draws on that full background — including his ongoing collaboration with Jay Abraham, described on the About page — but the framework itself, its structure, and its terminology are Villy's own.
Rather than starting with tactics, the Method starts with a single question: what does the evidence say about why this specific audience actually decides? Four stages follow from there.
Diagnose
Before any strategy is proposed, the current decision-making pattern of the audience is examined directly — what's actually driving (or blocking) the choice to buy, backed by research and, where available, direct evidence from the organization itself.
Map
The organization's available growth levers — offer, pricing, positioning, channel, retention — are mapped against the diagnosis, to identify where the highest-leverage opportunity actually sits, rather than where attention happens to already be.
Design
A specific strategy is designed against the highest-leverage point identified — grounded in the psychological principles established in Stage 1, not generic best practice.
Validate
The strategy is tested against real outcomes and refined. Evidence-based doesn't mean static — it means the loop between hypothesis and result stays closed.
